After some time (longer than I should have waited), I've uploaded the Paint Game Expo build and made it free (PC only sorry! :c ). This build is designed explicitly for public play, and is a stripped down version of the main paint game. It has less assets as well as no sound, so no worries about needing headphones.

Paint Game works best when shared and displayed in public places, and as such it should be easy to do this.
